About You

You are a service-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You may be inspired by home design and are interested in working in an environment where you can put your decorating skills to use daily. Sales experience is not essential but highly valued, as is your enthusiasm, drive, and ability to connect with customers. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and desire to exceed customer expectations will set you apart. If you have a proven track record in retail, customer service, sales or are studying interior design, we want to hear from you

Your New Role

As a store sales consultant, you will be providing customers with expert guidance and assistance in their home improvement journeys. From helping them choose the perfect flooring, shutters, or blinds to providing in-depth product knowledge and exceptional customer service, you will play a vital role in the process of decorating or renovating our customers’ homes. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to conduct outcalls and in-home consultations, offering personalized advice and solutions, therefore having a valid driver/'s license and access to a car is advantageous. Since we are a retailer open 7 days, your availability and willingness to work on the weekends is crucial.
