Job Description

- Analyse and document business processes, systems, and requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define project objectives.

- Develop and present comprehensive business cases to support decision-making.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements.

- Work closely with technology teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs.

- Provide ongoing support and advice throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.

- Ensure compliance with Public Sector policies and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

- Proven experience in business analysis within the Public Sector or related industry.

- Strong knowledge of technology systems and processes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to develop and deliver detailed business cases.

- Proficiency in facilitating workshops and managing project requirements.

- A results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the Public Sector.

- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and user story development.

- Must be an Australian Citizen
