Are you looking to start or grow your career in hydraulic design? Our Brisbane Building Services team is seeking a Cadet / Junior Hydraulic Designer to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with 0–3 years’ experience who are eager to learn and develop in a supportive environment.

About the Role

As a Cadet or Junior Hydraulic Designer, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and designers to deliver hydraulic solutions for a variety of building projects. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in design and documentation while learning industry standards and best practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the design and documentation of hydraulic systems for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

- Supporting senior designers with Revit modelling and drafting tasks.

- Learning to interpret plans, specifications, and codes.

- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated designs.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 0–3 years (salary dependent on experience).

- Diploma of Hydraulic Services Design (desired but not mandatory).

- Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services (desired but not mandatory).

- Experience working with Revit is desirable

- Sound knowledge of basic computer software (MS Office, etc.).

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
