Civil Engineering Group Supervisor to lead a team delivering a wide range of civil design and construction activities. This position will involve overseeing studies, managing designs, providing technical direction, and ensuring constructability for the project’s civil and structural elements.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver civil engineering scope of work, applying sound technical judgment and innovative solutions.

Lead and review designs, calculations, specifications, and drawings across all civil components.

Provide expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, road and pavement design, geotechnical engineering, and earthworks.

Determine appropriate use of construction materials to meet technical and project requirements.

Guide teams in the development of deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.

Engage with stakeholders and provide clear, practical solutions to complex issues.

Support project planning, cost estimates, schedules, and resource allocation.

Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering technical growth and professional development.

Stay across emerging methods, technologies, and materials that can enhance civil engineering outcomes.
