About the Role

Moonlight Cinema Adelaide is seeking passionate Kitchen Crew to join our Botanic Park team. This hands‑on role is integral to preparing, cooking, and delivering high‑quality food to our guests, supporting smooth kitchen operations across the event season. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences. You must be available from November – mid February and be available to work nights (including weekends).

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to recipes and portion controls

- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

- Restock and rotate stock, and assist with prep stations during service

- Support smooth service flow with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams

- Monitor kitchen equipment and report hazards or issues promptly

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1 year kitchen experience, preferably in high‑volume QSR or event settings

- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety

- Trade qualification and Food Safety Supervisor Certification (preferred)

- Team player with strong organisation and attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

- Experience in hospitality, events, or cinema industry

- Valid RSA and Australian work rights (essential)
