PMO Analyst

SkyCity Adelaide is currently on the lookout for experienced PMO Analyst to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a multi‑year transformation program.

About the Opportunity

Reporting into the PMO Manager, this 12‑month contract will see you support the program by being the single point of truth for measuring, analysing and communicating the progress of transformation initiatives to key stakeholders.

This role bridges Delivery teams, PMO and executive leadership by ensuring that program performance data is accurate, meaningful, and delivers insights that will be used to drive decisions.

On top of the responsibility for providing program performance and insights support to the Project Management Office (PMO), the role will enable program performance measurement, reporting & insights, governance support, and strategic decision support, translating program performance data into insights, highlighting trends, risks and issues, and opportunities for intervention.

About You

Your previous experience working in a PMO or large‑scale business transformation as a PMO or Project Analyst will coincide with your analytical and critical thinking skills, whilst always maintaining a high level of integrity. You will possess strong experience analysing project performance data and trend analysis, and will be highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and SharePoint.

You will have a natural ability to build relationships and assist with PMO functions such as reporting, governance, scheduling, risk/issue management, dependency tracing and financial oversight.
