Senior Salesforce Consultant • Permanent – Sydney / Melbourne • $130,000 – $150,000 + super

Are you a Salesforce Consultant ready to step up and lead engagements from end to end?

CalibrX is partnering with a global Salesforce partner, and we’re on the hunt for a Senior Salesforce Consultant who’s ready to drive customer outcomes, lead strategic conversations, and own the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across a mix of enterprise and mid-market clients.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to make a big impact in a nimble and values-driven consulting firm.

Responsibilities

- Lead requirements workshops and solution playbacks with customers
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce functional design across Sales, Service, and Platform
- Prepare ‘development ready’ user stories and solution documentation
- Support delivery sprints, break/fix tasks, and managed service activities
- Mentor junior consultants and support continuous improvement across the team
- Contribute to internal training, certifications, and pre-sales when needed

Experience

- 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead
- Salesforce Consultant certification (preferred)
- Strong experience leading functional design and business requirement workshops
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders and hold scope/pricing conversations
- High attention to detail, great documentation skills, and a passion for customer success
- Commercial awareness – able to balance quality, timelines, and business outcomes
