Senior Salesforce Developer

Fulltime – Melbourne

$130,000 – $150,000 super

We are currently partnering with a fast-growing Salesforce partner as they continue to build their team in Australia. They are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to work with their customer base, where you will be involved in everything from requirements gathering, technical design, build, and implementation.

Your responsibilities:

- Run workshops to gather technical business requirements, provide ideas on the best technical approach, and design technical documentation.

- Design and develop Apex and Lightning Web Components.

- Design and build integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.

Requirements:

- 4 years as a Salesforce developer.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (minimum). Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud, and other Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

- An in-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform, ideally with several successful projects under your belt.

- Advanced technical knowledge across Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, web services, and declarative platform tools.

- Demonstrated thirst for knowledge through self‑certification and completion of Trailhead modules.

- Ability to manage your own workload effectively to ensure required tasks are completed on time.

- A team player who genuinely enjoys working with internal teams.
