The company, known by every Australian for its commitment to operational excellence and offers a stable and professional environment for its employees. This role offers hybrid work of 3 days on‑site and 2 days work from home; monthly travel between sites may be required.

Job Description

- Develop and deliver financial and operational analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and provide data‑driven solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics to ensure business objectives are met.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Optimise processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Support the implementation of future finance projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst will be able to demonstarte:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Experience working in a Supply Chain or Logistics environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
- SAP and/or TM1 experience, considered advantageous.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
