The Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial analysis, managing budgets, and providing strategic advice to support decision-making. Working closely with senior management, you'll ensure the business maintains strong financial health while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

Occupation: Management Accountant
Salary: $76,000 – $78,000 + Superannuation
Location: Hoppers Crossing, Victoria
Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyse, and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Conduct cost analysis to identify savings and improve profitability
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and business performance
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes as required
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations, and statutory requirements
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational decisions

Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum three years of work experience
- CPA/CA qualification (or working towards) preferred
- Proven experience in a management accounting role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
