We are partnering with one of the Leading Building Solutions client to hire Business Analyst (Master Data and Process) based in Sydney

Responsibilities

- Digital Tools Master Data Support

- Work with the PIM Business Product Manager and Marketing managers to improve quality of enriched records in PIM / CELUM by; Identify data quality issues and adherence to standards / business rules on PIM enriched data and CELUM enrich assets and

- Provide feedback to marketing teams to improve their enrichment of products and assets.

- Manage master data attributes in PIM / CELUM ensuring Marketing can enrich Products and Assets fully.

- Review proposed new / changes to attributes and provide recommendation to PIM Business product manager identifying impacts to downstream systems.

- Identify inconsistencies and provide recommendation to improve consistency between business units for PIM / Celum attributes and data.

- Be an active team member in digital tools road map and improvement projects.

- Provide other support for digital tools as requested.

- Master Data Creation and Maintenance

- Ensure Material Master Data is created and maintained in a timely and accurate manner. This includes;

- Material Master Data (all Material Types)

- Dependant Master Data including but not limited to Purchase Info Records, BOMs, Routings and other supplementary information in SAP (Packaging Data, Connect Data)

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar material master data role
- Relevant Technical Skills i.e. Microsoft Excel
- Relevant SAP ECC6 knowledge: MM (materials management) and supporting functionalities.

Personal Attributes

- High level of attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
