CoDE offers high-quality, design-led accommodation in both private double rooms and multi-share pod-style rooms. Our Royal Mile property, opened in 2019, features over 200 beds, stylish communal kitchens, and vibrant social spaces – all within a historic building. Our original Rose Street location, open for 7+ years, remains one of Edinburgh's top-rated hostels.

We pride ourselves on exceptional cleanliness, warm hospitality, and memorable guest experiences. Now, we're looking for detail-oriented and motivated Room Attendants to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in maintaining our exceptional cleanliness standards across luxury apartments, hotel rooms, and communal spaces. You'll ensure every guest arrival is met with an immaculate and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, corridors, and common areas.
- Perform daily cleaning as well as scheduled deep-cleaning tasks.
- Prepare all rooms for new arrivals in a timely manner.
- Complete reporting duties including lost property and maintenance logs.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and security procedures.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Keep common areas tidy and guest-ready at all times.
- Provide feedback to management on guest comments or suggestions.

About You

- Professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a spotless guest experience.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Work Details

- Hours: minimum 4 11am-3pm Shifts a week
- Weekend Work: Required as part of the regular schedule.
