Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, corridors, and common areas are crucial to your role. This includes performing daily cleaning as well as scheduled deep-cleaning tasks, preparing all rooms for new arrivals in a timely manner, completing reporting duties, and adhering to all Health & Safety policies and security procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, corridors, and common areas.
  • Perform daily cleaning as well as scheduled deep-cleaning tasks.
  • Prepare all rooms for new arrivals in a timely manner.
  • Complete reporting duties including lost property and maintenance logs.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and security procedures.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Keep common areas tidy and guest-ready at all times.
  • Provide feedback to management on guest comments or suggestions.
