As Room Attendant, you will ensure that all Eos suites, villas and designated housekeeping areas are effortlessly maintained, fulfilling our commitment to our guests to ensure they receive exceptional and personalised service in all moments and experiences throughout their stay. Room Attendants will deliver on the brand promise of 'a new level of luxury and indulgence' and work together as a team to guarantee the five Eos brand pillars are reflected in everything we do - distinctive, unexpected, indulgent, personalised, and magnetic. The Housekeeping team will interact in ways that create guest loyalty and positive word of mouth, whilst ensuring room and public area cleanliness throughout Eos is of the utmost importance and in line with new COVID-19 hotel cleaning requirements.

With part time opportunities available, you will have impeccable customer service skills, excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will enjoy working in fast-paced environments and prioritise workloads efficiently. Previous housekeeping experience within a luxury hotel environment is desirable, as knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods are essential. You will have the physical stamina to undertake a range of manual tasks and a natural ability to motivate and inspire others in your team.
