About the role
Your role as a Project Coordinator is all about working with a team to manage the safe, profitable, timely and quality delivery of projects. You’ll have plenty of opportunities for technical training so you can learn on the job.
- Helping with delivery and programming.
- Assisting with tender negotiations, variations and contract administration.
- Scoping up works and analysing trade breakdowns.
- Updating and distributing the drawing register.
- Coordinating meetings with subcontractors, teams and clients; taking minutes.
- Processing invoices.
- Assisting with financial management of projects.
- Managing defects rectification and close‑outs.
- Coordinating EHSQ requirements.
About you
- Experience in a similar role (or a genuine passion to learn on the job).
- A degree or diploma in a building, architectural or engineering field.
- Ability to build and maintain great relationships.
- Good understanding of project management within the construction industry.
- Understanding of specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability.
- Sound knowledge of EHSQ principles.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Good grasp of MS Office including Project, Word, Excel and Outlook.
