We are seeking candidates for Commercial Assessing Coordinator (ASCO) to manage assessing and towing workflows from lodgement through to repair, providing claims and administrative support with outstanding customer service. This is a 12-month secondment to develop skills and gain exposure across key operational areas.

As Platform Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the orchestration of delivery across Engineering Enablement squads, ensuring strategic alignment, asset health, and value realisation.

We are looking for Claims Managers to join our teams in Sydney, Newcastle & Brisbane and in Perth, Melbourne & Adelaide on a permanent full-time basis with a start date around 27 October 2025.

There are opportunities to lead the Future of Digital Motor Assessments and to head up our Mid-Market Underwriting team, delivering underwriting strategies, developing a team of specialists, and building strong relationships with brokers and key partners to support long-term growth.

Other opportunities include a Claims Advisor based in Newcastle with a flexible hybrid working model after training, and various senior and leadership roles across insurance operations, infrastructure, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Manage assessing and towing workflows from lodgement to repair; provide claims and administrative support and deliver outstanding customer service.

- Lead orchestration of delivery across Engineering Enablement squads; ensure strategic alignment, asset health, and value realisation.

- Deliver underwriting strategies; develop a team of specialists; build strong relationships with brokers and partners to support long-term growth.

- Drive innovation and customer-centric design in strategic roles; support shaping the future of insurance.

- Lead initiatives such as the Future of Digital Motor Assessments and other digital/cloud-first projects; manage financial and operational practices within multi-cloud landscapes.

- Provide critical insights and reporting to drive smarter decisions across Insurance Operations.

- Contribute to continuous delivery and enable teams with modern tooling and practices; manage key partnerships (e.g., ANZ) on fixed-term arrangements.

- Lead leadership roles within consumer, general insurance, and partner ecosystems; support long-term growth and resilience.

Qualifications

- Experience in claims management, commercial assessment, underwriting, engineering leadership, or related insurance operations roles.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with brokers, partners, and internal teams.

- Ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver customer-focused outcomes.

- Technical capabilities in software development, cloud strategy, or digital motor assessments are beneficial where applicable.

- Leadership experience for senior or platform delivery roles; evidence of building high-performing teams.
