Overview

Leading Australian Services company requires an experienced Change Manager with a strong background in Time & Attendance systems to support a major transformation program on a 12 Month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on driving change, embedding new ways of working, and ensuring smooth adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead change management activities for the implementation of new Time & Attendance solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand impacts, manage readiness, and deliver effective adoption strategies.
- Develop and deliver training, communications, and engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with project and HR/payroll teams to ensure seamless integration and rollout.
- Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and adjust plans to maximise business outcomes.

To succeed in this role you will have

- Proven experience as a Change Manager, with a focus on Time & Attendance systems.
- Experience with UKG Pro highly desirable; otherwise strong exposure to payroll and time & attendance platforms is essential.
- Skilled in training design and delivery, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
