About the Role

- Provide strategic direction and recommendations to the GM Talent, Organisational Development, People team and seniors leaders in the implementation of Early Careers Strategies.
- Lead the successful end to end delivery of all Early Careers Programs to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Early Careers Advisors.
- Define the market engagement strategy that supports pathways into the John Holland business for diverse capability via career fairs, university engagement, societies and opportunities for partnerships.
- Partner with Organisational Development, external providers, key John Holland stakeholders including the People team and projects to identify, design and develop learning initiatives.
- Design and deliver presentations, welcome inductions, workshops and connection opportunities.
- Deliver the full life cycle of early careers initiatives in line with budgeting restraints.
- Continuously seek ways of improving processes and innovation to optimize early careers development opportunities, recruitment processes, market engagement and policy and guidelines.
- Develop, analyse, and socialise varying reports to enable decisions and return on investment across early careers programs.

To be successful in this key role we are preferably looking for

- Bachelor in HR, business or administration
- Proven experience in HR, OD and/or recruitment or in a similar role.
- Preferably extensive experience in managing Graduate and Internship programs, including but not limited to Graduate, Undergraduate, Work experience/ Internship, Apprentice and Traineeship programs.
- Experience in defining and delivering strategic objectives aligned to business outcomes that may drive change.
- Strong leadership, relationship-building and influencing skills.
