About the Role:
As a Customer Support Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers/clients, helping resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth experience for every customer. You'll become an expert in managing support cases, dispatching technicians, and making sure issues are followed through to resolution.
It's hands‑on, fast‑paced, and ideal for someone who thrives in a problem‑solving environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound & outbound customer queries with professionalism
- Triaging technical issues and escalating where needed
- Coordinating with internal teams and third‑party providers
- Logging cases accurately and providing timely updates
- Following up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
- Building your knowledge of technical systems and support tools
