THE ROLE – WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW
- In this role you will manage and grow the WA territory, with a strong presence at Perth Children’s Hospital, providing in-theatre support for surgical cases.
- Drive new business development, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding market share across orthopaedics and related specialties.
- Maintain and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong partnerships with surgeons.
- Provide on-call support as required, delivering exceptional service and responsiveness to clinicians.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO GET THE JOB
- Bachelor of Science degree or related qualification.
- Medical device sales experience is highly regarded, but NOT essential.
- Proven sales background as a medical device or pharmaceutical representative, skilled at navigating the internal structures of Perth hospitals to establish clinical pathways and drive product adoption is ideal but someone with a clinical background (physio, nurse, science grad) looking to break into medical device sales will definitely be considered.
- Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision is important, however, you will be given extensive training.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills to develop effective reports, spreadsheets, and presentations is needed.
- You will have full Australian working rights and be vaccinated against Covid.
