Apprentice Caster and Moulder
Metso is looking for an Apprentice Caster & Moulder to join their team in Ballina, New South Wales.

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE
- Perform specific engineering measurements as required in the Foundry.
- Responsible for the preparation of sand moulds for the casting process.
- Liaise with Patternmakers and Metallurgist about casting designs.
- Be responsible by following instructions under a professionally structured training programme.
- Use a range of tools, equipment and machinery in the production process of creating cores, moulds and subsequent metal castings.
- Prepare and mix sand for moulds and cores production.
- Learn and become an expert in the calibration of moulding sand mixers.
- Identifying casting defects and learning how to eliminate them.

- You will be based in Australia already. This role is located in Ballina, NSW.
