About theRole As the Medical RecruitmentCoordinator, you will form part of a cohesive and supportive teamresponsible for delivering innovate approaches to attract top tiermedical practitioners and effective end-to-end recruitment servicesacross regional Western Australia. In this pivotal role, youwill offer expert guidance and advice on recruitment and selectionprocesses ensuring compliance with the WA Public Sector Standards,relevant awards, agreements and legislative requirements. Youwill bring exceptional communication skills, both written andverbal, for developing advertising content and a collaborativeapproach to building strong relationships with regionalstakeholders. A customer-focused mindset will be key to ensuring apositive experience for both applicants and hiringmanagers. This role offers an excitingopportunity to utilise your marketing skills and creativity toapply innovative approaches to designing and implementingrecruitment campaigns as well as promoting WACHS as an employer ofchoice through web-based platforms, medical conferences and expos,overall contributing to the medical workforce strategic plan forWACHS Medical Services.
