The Opportunity-
You will be a strategic, confident leader, strategic thinker and experiencedSenior Category Managerto lead our Facilities Management Services procurement function. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and executing category strategies across a diverse range of services including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building services, and vertical transport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing category strategies across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building services, and vertical transport.
- Leading a team with end-to-end procurement processes including tenders, supplier negotiations, and contract drafting.
- Manage tender processes, supplier negotiations, and contract drafting.
- Drive vendor performance through regular reviews, risk management, and innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and excellence.
- Contribute to financial planning through budget and forecast input.

What you need:

- A degree in commerce, finance, procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in procurement, ideally within facilities management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Full Australian work rights.
