**The Company**
They're a leading food retailer that is driven by giving customers what they want, when they want it and where they want it.
Based in Richmond, they are an agile, human centred organisation and their people are at the core of everything they do. Due to significant growth they are now looking for a brand new Category Manager for their e-Commerce channel, reporting into The Category Chapter lead.
**The Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for a Category Manager to drive profitable growth within the e-Commerce category, achieving sales and profit targets. They will create and execute customer-centric category strategies to drive both short-term and long-term growth through the e-Commerce Channels.
On a day-to-day basis there will be a focus on range reviews and optimisation through the channel. You will analyse the pricing and promotional strategies and perform comparisons between online and offline channels, identifying new areas for growth and development on their e-Commerce channel.
**Skills & Experience**
- We're looking for a mid-weight to senior Category Manager with experience working across different categories.
- You possess commercial knowledge having worked for a large retailer.
- You are strategic, data led, curious by nature and ability to evaluate scenarios and provide solutions to problems.
- You're a team player, with solid communication and collaboration skills.
- Experienced leveraging customer insights into actionable outcomes with strong financial acumen.
- ECommerce experience is not essential but a “customer first” approach to developing and executing innovative strategic plans that drive commercial outcomes is a must
