Your New Role

As Store Manager, you’ll be the face of the brand, creating a warm and welcoming environment for every customer who walks through the door. You’ll lead a small team with heart and purpose, balancing daily operations with a focus on connection and consistency. From driving sales and styling appointments to maintaining a beautiful space, you’ll have the freedom to make the store your own while being supported by a brand that values authenticity and people.

Your Day-to-Day

- Lead a passionate team to deliver a calm and thoughtful customer experience

- Oversee daily store operations including rostering, visual merchandising and stock management

- Build lasting customer relationships through personalised service and genuine conversation

- Drive sales results and motivate the team to meet and exceed KPIs

- Maintain store presentation and uphold brand standards across every touchpoint

- Monitor performance, provide coaching and create a culture built on trust and teamwork

- Contribute to the broader brand story through feedback, community connection and service excellence

The Experience Checklist

- Proven success and experience in a Store Manager role within fashion or lifestyle retail

- Passion for natural fabrics, sustainability and quality craftsmanship

- Strong people leadership skills with a collaborative and supportive approach

- Organised and commercially minded with experience managing KPIs and store performance

- Attention to detail and pride in presentation with a genuine love for creating memorable in-store experiences
