**_ We are currently seeking a Maintenance Services Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is based at our newly acquired home Lyrebird Village in Drouin, Vic. _**

The position is responsible to oversee, coordinate, monitor and evaluate an efficient and effective preventative and corrective maintenance program for buildings, equipment and grounds at the facility.

**Requirements**:
**What you can bring to the role**:

- Experience in maintenance and grounds management.
- Knowledge or experience in establishing and coordinating a maintenance program.
- A genuine interest for working in aged care.
- An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload.

**_A relevant trade background would be highly regarded but not essential._**
