Seeking an experienced admin coordinator with great Excel, sales admin and communication skills, ideally gained in retail, building or reseller areas.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced sales and admin coordinator to join our team and provide accurate product data information, price lists, specification information and product launches across our reseller platforms.
Reporting to the CEO of our poly/plastics entity, your main responsibilities will be:
- Maintain and update productcatalogs across reseller platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions,specifications, and categorization.
- Coordinate product launchesby preparing all necessary assets (images, pricing, descriptions) andensuring timely publication.
- Ensure product compliance bothinternally and with reseller platform standards and legal requirements(e.g., labeling, certifications).
- Manage and distribute pricelists to resellers, ensuring alignment with internal pricing strategy andmarket conditions.
- Implement promotional pricingand discounts in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
- Audit reseller pricing toensure consistency and adherence to agreed pricing policies.
- Analyze pricing competitivenessacross reseller platforms and recommend adjustments.
- Source, organize, and uploadproduct images that meet quality and format standards for each resellersite.
- Ensure image consistencyacross platforms to maintain brand integrity and visual appeal.
- Coordinate with brand owners orvendors to produce missing or updated product visuals.
- Liaise with resellers to resolve product dataissues, pricing discrepancies, or image errors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensureproduct data accuracy and readiness.
What you will bring
- At least 3 years' experience in a sales administration coordination role managing digital assets including product images and content
- Fantastic Excel, Word, and content creation skills
- Experience of updating price lists, updating product range information on various reseller platforms
- Customer relationship skills with a friendly communication style
- Experience at tracking performance metrics (product visibility, pricing effectiveness, image engagement and sales performance)
- Ability to work independently and prioritise your work to meet deadlines
