Overview

THE ROLE: This well-respected and highly reputable tour company designs and operates special interest cultural and arts tours, domestically and internationally. This role involves assisting travellers with pre- and post-tour travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, travel insurance and visas. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a 5-star service to provide a personalised and exclusive experience. This position offers a variety of work and will involve tasks such as responding to enquiries, promoting new tours, and handling bookings and travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

- Promptly respond to incoming client enquiries
- Engage with interested travellers to promote new tours
- Send out new tour brochures via email or post
- Process tour bookings and pre- and post-tour travel arrangements
- Act on feedback to continuously enhance service quality

What you will need to succeed

- Previous retail travel consulting experience
- Strong Sabre GDS skills
- An appreciation of the arts
- Outstanding communication skills
- Genuine drive to provide exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
