Your role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of the Waterproofing and Sealants portfolio within Fosroc ANZ. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development and implementation of customer-driven marketing strategies that grow market share, strengthen brand equity, and deliver meaningful commercial results across ANZ.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where strategic thinking meets executional excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including the Commercial team, R&D, and Product Segment Specialists - to drive innovation, deliver standout go-to-market campaigns, and bring new products successfully to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of long-term marketing strategies for the Waterproofing and Sealants portfolio.
- Collaborate across the commercial, R&D and segment specialist teams to deliver cohesive brand and go-to-market plans.
- Drive innovation and manage a 3–5-year product pipeline based on customer and market insights.
- Oversee brand communication and engagement programs for key industry stakeholders.
- Ensure all activities align with brand, safety, and sustainability standards.

Skills & Experience
- Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B brand & portfolio management & experience within the Construction/Building Industry would be highly valued.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercially minded, with a track record of driving growth and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Skilled in brand planning, positioning, execution, and insight generation.
