About the role
We have an opportunity for a Technical Support Officer to be part of our Digital Workspace Platform, Technology and Communication Services Command team. The Technical Support Officer provides broad-ranging Tier 1 support to users utilising a range of media (including the infrastructure environment and software) to troubleshoot and resolve issues of moderate complexity.

Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for this role, you must meet one of the following statuses:
- a permanent resident of Australia; or
- a New Zealand citizen.
Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
