We are expanding our Sales team

Due to growth, we have an opportunity for a results‑driven Sales professional to join our high‑performing New Business team. The Business Development Executive will play an important role in helping us grow our footprint across Australia and have substantial commercial and operational impact on business supply chains. You will be immersed in a vibrant and fast‑paced culture, working with brilliant individuals, and receive generous earnings with our uncapped commission scheme.

Responsibilities

- Strategically identify new opportunities, develop call cycles and thoroughly qualify leads & sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a multi‑sector pipeline of new business opportunities and ensure ongoing management of your opportunity pipeline.
- Deliver an exceptional sales process from lead generation to onboarding, with management support for closing complex opportunities.
- Ensure cross‑functional knowledge of the efm operating model, offering a truly tailored solution to each prospective customer.
- Involvement in the onboarding of new customers to ensure smooth transition for all.
- Work closely and effectively with a range of departments and stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

- 1-2 years’ work experience in a comparable Sales role in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Genuine passion for Sales and curiosity of business models, processes and workflows.
- Experience within a fast‑paced and complex business environment.
- Proven success in sales and meeting KPI targets.
- Ability to work autonomously and get involved with all aspects of the business.
- Self‑motivated and a natural drive to be your best and reap the rewards.
- Problem‑solving skills – willing to challenge the status quo.
- Analytical with a strong commercial acumen.
- Confident communicator – written and verbal.
