The opportunity | A role where everydaymatters
In this role you will conduct a range of ground, garden andbuilding asset maintenance activities including preventativemaintenance, reactive maintenance and capital upgrade works thatare required for the upkeep, operations and improvement of companyassets.
You will be working outdoors with minimal or no on-sitesupervision to undertake your duties split across our Goulburn andCanberra residential/independent locations.

The requirements | What you’ll need to do thiswork
- Horticulture Certificate III or minimum five years’experience in the field.
- A demonstrated commitment of customer service and meetingthe needs of older people.
- Ability to work 3 days per week in our Goulburn locationand 2 days per week in our Canberra region
- A positive, professional attitude and ability to promoteWarrigal in keeping with the organisation’s vision,mission and values.
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and completeWarrigal’s various asset Maintenance programs within ateam and work individually with minimal supervision.
- Sound level of computer knowledge required to use acomputer on a regular basis.
- Well-developed communication, problem solving abilities,and interpersonal skills.
- Current NSW drivers license.
