Overview

Join UniLodge South Bank as our Maintenance Supervisor - lead repairs, upkeep, and service coordination.

Responsibilities

- Lead general repairs and upkeep across apartments and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Manage maintenance schedules, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Report to the General Manager and work with stakeholders to maintain a safe, well-maintained, and efficiently run property.
- Oversee all repairs and maintenance for apartments and common areas; coordinate contractors to ensure timely, compliant work.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations and manage preventative maintenance programs and schedules.
- Provide after-hours and on-call emergency support.

Skills & Experience

- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- State Driver’s Licence (Class C preferred)
- Trade Qualified in mechanical engineering, electrical, plumbing, or related fields (desirable)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
