Job Description
The Electrician Supervisor will have the following duties:
- Supervise and lead the night shift electrical maintenance team to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless production operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Provide training and support to team members to build technical expertise.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and manufacturing department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Electrician Supervisor should have:
- A-Grade Electrician license is a must
- Previously worked either industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, food or beverage is a must
- Comfortable with night shift schedule of 9:30 PM - 7:30 AM, 4 day roster
- Previous leadership/ supervising experience
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Familiar with CMMS systems like MEX or similar
