The Role
We’re looking for a Graduate Field Application Engineer to join our customer engineering team. This is an entry-level position designed for bright, ambitious graduates who want to combine hands-on technology with customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.

As a Graduate FAE, you’ll:

- Support the setup, testing, and deployment of CRFS systems with global customers.
- Assist with live trials, training sessions, and field demonstrations.
- Troubleshoot and provide feedback to engineering teams to improve products.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as the technical bridge between clients and our R&D teams.

- A degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity about technology.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with customers.
- A willingness to travel internationally once established in the role.
- Eligibility for UK security clearance.
