This is a perfect opportunity for Graduate Mining Engineers to join areputable, high-profile contracting company as part of our2026Graduate Program.

As part of the NRW Civil & Mining team,you’ll work in a dynamic and diverse environment withopportunities to be involved in a range of mining projects andpit design operations. These positions will besite-based on an8:6roster, with an initial temporary Head Office placement tohelp you understand project systems and businessoperations.

Throughout the Graduate Program, you will gainexposure to multiple facets of the business from planning andproduction to project delivery building upon your skills andtechnical knowledge. You’ll also have the chance to attendone of our tailored leadership trainingprograms, designed for thoseinterested in advancing into future leadership roles.

As a Graduate Mining Engineer, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

- Assisting the site Engineering team with projectrequirements

- Recording and monitoring production data, site costcontrols, and daily reporting

- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with QArequirements

- Supporting subcontractor management and sitecoordination

- Assisting with drill and blast operations

To be considered for this position, youwill require:

- A relevant qualification Bachelor of Mining Engineering orsimilar discipline

- Relevant site-based vacation placements within Civil orMining industry

- Strong verbal and written communicationskills

- The ability to collaborate effectively within a teamenvironment

- The right to permanently work in Australia
