Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in experience cloud development and customization.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Experience with Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows).

- Expertise in Service Cloud features: Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, Chats.

- Extensive experience with Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable, queueable, future methods, unit tests)

- Strong experience with Experience Cloud development and customization

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, governor limits, and performance optimization

- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git/version control, and CI/CD pipelines

- Salesforce certifications preferred: Platform Developer I & Platform Developer II
