The Role

We are on the hunt for two experienced Brand Marketing Specialists to join our marketing team in Melbourne/'s southeastern suburbs. Both positions are permanent full-time roles and will be accountable for their own product portfolios. The portfolios are separated into the Climate & Heating category and the Hot Water category.

You'll lead Rinnai's brand marketing and campaigns for your designated product category. Ideally your background will be in marketing communications with experience in brand management of visible products. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll be the go-to for your designated portfolio.

Key responsibilities

- Own the annual marketing & campaign plans for either Climate & Heating products or Hot Water products

- Lead multi-channel campaigns, national promotions, and product launches.

- Manage PR and influencer strategies to enhance brand reputation.

- Collaborate with agencies to produce high-quality content, including imagery, videos, and case studies.

- Ideate new marketing programs, activities, and event opportunities to engage key customers.

- Oversee digital marketing for your category

What are we looking for?

We/'re seeking dynamic and commercially minded marketers who bring solid experience and tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or related field.

- Proven product and brand campaign execution across both B2B and/or B2C environments.

- Experience collaborating with multiple agencies with a focus on creative, media, PR, and digital to deliver integrated campaigns.

- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and someone who can see the big picture and roll up their sleeves.

- Strong team player mindset, with a track record of thriving in cross-functional environments.

- Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimise accordingly.

- Experience managing budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brand.

- Digital fluency, including paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, and social platforms.

- Customer-first approach, with a passion for understanding audience needs and translating insights into action.

- Excellent stakeholder management, able to influence and communicate across differing levels of the business.
