Compensation

- Labour hire contract until June 2026 with scope for extension
- Hourly rate ranging between $60.00 - $68.00 plus superannuation

Key responsibilities

- Innovate and lead creative training strategies under the guidance of the Training Manager to support digital transformation in a complex program environment, ensuring readiness for the new system.
- Collaborate with the Change Team to understand business requirements and assist in delivering change and training activities according to the overall Program schedule and approach.
- Support the evaluation and analysis of training from current state to future states to support the transition, ensuring users are fully equipped.
- Craft engaging and fit for purpose training materials.
- Foster strong and meaningful relationships across the Program and business to ensure training activities are well understood and effectively adopted.
- Coordinate the training schedule to support change and business adoption activities.
- Support the delivery of training sessions, both virtually and in-person, aligning with the training schedule and program needs.
- Provide consistent reporting on training delivery, uptake, and success, validating outcomes with end users and their leaders.

Mandatory requirements

- Proven ability to contribute to the full training cycle; assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate.
- Knowledge of how to understand and evaluate learner needs with the objective of delivering high level training and knowledge documents.
- Experience developing fit-for-purpose training materials including guides, videos, and modules for diverse audiences.
- Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs and initiatives.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to support the assessment and planning of training strategies.
- Understanding of Agile project delivery and change management frameworks, with experience in supporting training outcomes for large-scale programs.
