Senior Business Systems Administrator IT & Facilities · Cambridgeshire · Full-time

Role Overview

Are you an experienced Senior Business Systems Administrator? Can you take ownership toown, optimise, and support our core business systems — primarily NetSuite and HubSpot. You’ll ensure they’re configured effectively, integrated across departments, and used to their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, maintain, and support NetSuite and HubSpot, including roles, permissions, workflows, and integrations.

- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure reliability, data integrity, and security.

- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and built-in reporting tools.

- Deliver 3rd line user support and training to improve adoption and efficiency.

- Identify process improvements and automate workflows using SuiteScript and JavaScript.

- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to translate business needs into system solutions.

- Manage change requests and documentation in partnership with IT leadership.

What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years’ experience administering NetSuite (essential).

- Strong understanding of data reporting, transformation, and scripting (SuiteScript/JavaScript).

- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) desirable.

- Strong project management, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Ability to work on-site in Cambridgeshire five days per week.
