Personal Assistant to the Head of Campus
- Full-time (1.0 FTE) ongoing position based at our City campus.

This important role supports the Head of Campus in all aspects of administration and communication. A key role in the City campus, the successful candidate will be detail focused, efficient and able to juggle multiple priorities with calmness and kindness. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Campus Office by delivering high-quality administrative support and exceptional customer service to our school community.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the Head of Campus’s schedule, communications, and administrative tasks, ensuring preparation and prioritisation of commitments.
- Oversee the efficient operation of the Campus Administration Office, coordinating events, school processes, and stakeholder relationships.
- Provide support across various campus functions, including reception duties, event coordination, and professional development initiatives.
About you:
- At least three years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally in education, with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Synergetic Database) and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Professional discretion, problem-solving abilities, a proactive team-focused attitude with a calm and organised approach under pressure.
