About the Role

As Head of Corporate, you will lead and scale our Corporate/B2B offerings including Local Agent’s over 1,500 partners and other strategic Corporate/B2B partnerships by driving growth through innovative sales, engagement and growth strategies and solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping BRG’s corporate strategy, delivering exceptional value to customers, and building a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration and results.

What You’ll Do

- Strategic Leadership: Define the vision for Corporate and build the Go-To-Market strategy across Local Agent and Corporate partnershipschannels to maximize revenue and market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-channel team, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, accountability and results.
- Corporate Partnerships: Build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients and distribution partners to unlock new opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Own and exceed revenue targets across all corporate channels, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, new markets or partnership models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the various teams across Big Red Group to deliver seamless solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
- Governance & Compliance: In partnership with the SLT, ensure all corporate agreements, pricing, and contracts align with BRG’s commercial objectives and compliance standards.

What You Bring

- 10+ years of in senior commercial or corporate leadership in high-growth, commercial environments — ideally across travel, SaaS, digital marketplaces, or partnerships.
- Proven track record in sourcing, structuring, and closing complex, high-value deals.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel teams (corporate, wholesale, and agency networks).
- Deep commercial acumen with a strong understanding of business drivers and value creation.
- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker who’s also hands-on and execution-focused.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and partner lifecycle management, salesforce experience is key.
- A self-starter with energy, resilience, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you will be accountable for growing the portfolio.
