TEN Recruitment is proud to partner with a respected Tier 2 commercial builder seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver multiple education projects north of the river. This builder is renowned for their consistent project delivery, supportive culture, and genuine investment in staff development—making this an ideal opportunity for a proven leader seeking long-term security and progression.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all site operations from early works through to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to achieve program milestones and quality outcomes
- Enforce WHS, compliance, and environmental standards across all activities
- Maintain open communication with the Project Manager, client, and wider delivery team
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently to ensure project targets are met
- Drive performance and maintain strong relationships across the project team

About You

- Proven Site Management experience on education or large commercial projects valued at $20M+
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive subcontractor performance and site productivity
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and quality assurance
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive, solutions-based approach
- Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights essential
