With a **hybrid work model offering four days onsite in our Gold Coast project office and one day working from home**, this role combines structure, flexibility, and the opportunity to contribute to something truly significant.**Key Responsibilities:**The focus of this role is to undertake all document management functions, including but not limited to:* Developing and setting the Document Management process.* Checking/validation/verification of all documentation, including correct numbering, revisions, status, format, title and legibility* Maintenance of electronic and original hard copy files and document registers* Processing and recording incoming and outgoing vendor data and engineering design drawings* Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date internal Document Management system* Responsible for the record document flow to and from all necessary parties* Issue and track location of all documents and drawings* Train the project teams on Document Management systems and/or project specific systems and procedures**Experience & Skills Required:**As an individual you are excited by the prospects of delivering iconic projects with key clients.
