THE ROLE
You will be involved in all facets of leasing work, including;
- Negotiating and advising on commercial, retail, and industrial leases
- Licensing
- Sub-leasing
- Offers to lease
- Agreements to lease
- Variation of leases
- Assignment/transfer of leases
- Surrender and termination of leases
- Rent reviews
- Renewals
- Lessor Disclosure Statements and other statutory requirements
- Breach notices and disputes
- Retail lease reporting
THE TEAM
You will be working alongside a Property Partner and lawyer as well as admin staff in the Property team. The wider firm is a small and collegiate team of experienced lawyers.
YOU
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2-5 min PAE years' experience in leasing. You will possess solid relationship building skills. Finally, you will have a keen interest in building and extending your expertise, as this is a role that offers genuine career development.
