About the Opportunity

Under the guidance of the Senior Manager Clinical Practice this position will coordinate the introduction of new clinical interventions and undertake the development of clinical resources to ensure NSW Ambulance’s clinical practice is evidence informed and represents best practice in the out of hospital environment.

About You

The role of the coordinator clinical policies is unique and challenging. To succeed in this role you need to:

- Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing evidence informed, effective clinical policies and guidelines.

- Possess strong technical, written and verbal communication skills.

- Have demonstrated experience working within a complex organisation or government environment.

- Have a history of high stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.

- Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Be comfortable coordinating small to large teams, as well as working solo.

- Be a proactive, strategic thinker with a positive and adaptable approach.

- Ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical resources to enhance clinician and patient safety.

- Enjoy working in a busy environment where multi-tasking with high attention to detail is the norm.

- Are tech savvy enough to use multiple software systems whilst under pressure.
