What you can expect in a day in this role:

Working across our bars and restaurants or conference and events at MACq01 or Henry Jones, you’ll be experienced in providing bar service or table restaurant service with a passion to delight our guests. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a memorable all-round guest experience. From serving meals and drinks to assisting with guest enquiries, you’ll bring passion, attention to detail, and a guest-first attitude to every shift. Whether guests are enjoying a meal, relaxing with a drink, or engaging in our hotel facilities, you’ll be working as part of a passionate team you’ll be comfortable to take on whichever tasks require your attention to ensure the best guest service experience possible.

What you will bring to the role:

We are searching for new team member who can bring passion for guest service each shift, this will ideally come from previous experience in a similar role in a premium venue. You’ll also bring:

- A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry in Tasmania, working with the highest quality ingredients and service levels,
- The ability to work with others and build positive working relationships,
- A flexible and reliable approach to your working roster across a 7 day a week and late in to the night rotation,
- Hold a valid Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
