**About Us**

Our Restaurant Tasman offers a professional friendly dining experience, paired with our locally influenced à la carte menu for dinner. We also have a busy buffet breakfast service which is popular with both inhouse guest and our locals. Our Atrium Bar located in our foyer showcases some of the best views in Hobart. We offer a locally inspired all-day menu and feature the best of Tassie’s World-Famous whisky, gins, wines, beers and ciders. We also can’t forget about our infamous Afternoon Tea by the Waterfront. The Atrium Bar really is the place to be (especially during happy hour)

This role involves working alongside the different departments in the hotel as we all work towards providing an amazing guest experience. Every day is different and there is always something new to learn.
