Details: ACT Valuation Office (ACTVO) is part of ACT Revenue and is responsible for the delivery of annual rating valuations (Unimproved Value), assessing land rentals and ACT’s lease variation charge valuations.

The Administration Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating administrative operations within a government valuation environment. This role ensures compliance with relevant legislation, supports valuation workflows, and manages administrative staff. A key focus of the role includes supporting the development and testing of a bespoke valuation IT system and managing formal responses such as Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.

Eligibility/Other requirements:

- Experience in administration for a specialist service
- Knowledge or experience with rating and/or Crown Leases

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of six months.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
