As an experienced content creator, you are passionate about using images, videos and words to connect with a variety of audiences across multiple platforms. - Support content and communications leaders via the maintenance of a global graphic standard/language. This may include working with graphics to create templates for various project and people announcements.
- Strategise, art-direct and create visual supporting content for our short-form and longer form Global Insights content, in collaboration with Global Insights Leader.
- Facilitate, strategise and create a steady, consistent stream of global digital content.
- Be aware of upcoming days and weeks in both a global and regional capacity, at times working with regional content and communications leaders to ensure content is in the pipeline, hinging on the reflection of W-B’s values.
- Research and asset collation.
- Able to facilitate planned and impromptu social media best practice training for leadership group (and interested parties).
- Work closely with our in-house production studio to lead the digital content briefing process. Develop a digital content calendar in collaboration with the Global Marketing Director, Global Brand Manager, and Global Insights Leader. Ensure the content strategy aligns with campaign needs, prioritizes key initiatives, and supports overall marketing objectives.
- Should understand digital video animation, colour theory, typography, composition and photo retouching.
- Prepare quarterly analytics and reports for the CEO to inform strategic digital decisions.
- Organic Search and Social: Oversee SEO and organic social media efforts to build a strong online presence and drive long-term results.
- Experience with paid search, paid social, SEO, and content development.
- Exceptional skills in A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and performance measurement.

About You

With a digital design, brand, or communications background and experience in digital content, video, motion, email marketing, and website curation, you’ll have a natural aptitude for web, social media and digital design and seek opportunities to push the creative envelope.

You will be able to Demonstrate:
